Began a career in financial markets in 1993 with DJ Carmichael & Co. Became a founding adviser with McIntosh West in late 1994 before being acquired by Merrill Lynch in late 1996. Spent 7 years with Bell Potter and eventually co-founded the Perth office of Austock Securities in 2011. Post the takeover of Austock by Phillip Capital, co-founded Shaw Stockbroking Perth in late 2013.Over the years built a high quality investment advisory business and a diverse skill set incorporating equity & derivatives strategies, funds management and equity capital markets. Funded & co-founded various private ventures including boutique advisory business, Aventus Capital Partners (Director) and Liberty Executive Offices, Perth's leading serviced office company. (non-Exec Director)Married with two young children, West Coast Eagles member, car enthusiast and golf tragic.
