In my previous role I was working as Chief Executive of a major charitable organisation for over 11 years. I achieved significant results, including increasing annual income from £3 million to £15.8 million. I also gained considerable experience in Grant making not only in the charity that I managed but also as one of the associated companies in which I was Managing Director was a company managing over 5000 personal and family trusts. I consider myself expert in working with trustees and the delivery of numerous board level activities including the initiation of unique ideas, marketing and coordinating logistics for large scale events I have developed an extensive network of international contacts throughout the world within a wide range of environments through application of my keen partner management skills. I manage people in an open manner and am a competent public speaker. I pride myself on my ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
