As the General Manager of Taskwell Aus. ( a driect agent of Forest Lighting in Australia and New Zealand), I will report into the MLS board members directly. I will work with our sales team in Australia to understands the technical product ranges, distributors and the industry. I will responsible for the cross functional management of the entire business - sales, marketing, finance, production and administration.My purpose will be to lead the activities and employees within Australia and ensuring alignment with global strategy. I will be responsible for ensuring a sustainable position and deliver on the annual targets agreed.I also keep an eyes on LED lighting technology development and application in Australia and New Zealand. I will develop effective strategies for consolidation and development of the company in Australia.
