I have 35 years railway experience of which 13 years were spent working for British Rail & West Anglia Great Northern Railway in frontline retail and revenue protection management, before joining ATOC (now the Rail Delivery Group) where I've spent 22 years leading and managing various service teams overseeing the delivery of multi million pound IT services to UK train operating companies.Experienced at leading and setting the strategic direction for large multi disciplined teams together with managing the associated high profile budgets and stakeholders.
