Identifying where additional needs exist and liaising with colleagues to meet these needs. Supporting the Study Zone team to ensure that Study Zones are frequently and effectively used by students.

Marketing for placements, supporting clients during placements and with jobsearch, providing outcome reports and maintaining relationships with Jobcentre Plus staff.

Motivational work with disaffected young unemployed people, supporting them on a range of jobsearch activities, interviewing new participants and undertaking disciplinary procedures.

Co-ordination of projects relating to Liverpool's architectural heritage, including staff, budgets, marketing and publicity.
