Quality System Manager
Current- Provide technical service to both internal and external customers regarding issues and concerns. Serve as key contact and relationship manager for Health Canada, CFIA, ESA and border service. - Serve as the primary Quality Assurance resource to store managers and buyers for problem identification, resolution, reporting of quality cost and continuous improvement. Based on trending data determining when product complaints required further regulatory and quality management. Initiate corrective action requests (CAR) as required. - Report to senior management on regulatory risks, trends and costs. Coordinate with Merchandising, Technical Service, International Operation in developing various department procedures, policy development.
