I joined Constantine Cannon’s litigation team as a senior associate. A large part of my work is pursuing competition damages claims. We represent, for example, clients bringing claims for overpaid interchange against the card schemes, and we are working on a claim against the manufacturers involved in the trucks cartel. We also counsel clients on their commercial disputes, and advise on public procurement issues and telecoms regulations. We also advise clients of the firm's Arts Law practice on dispute resolution strategies.

I was employed on a fixed term contract in the employment team to assist on a multi-million dollar claim for damages by Willis over a move of a team of brokers to Jardine Lloyd Thompson. When I was brought on, Willis had been granted an injunction restraining JLT from further recruitment. I assisted on preparing the case to come to trial including disclosure, witness statements and expert evidence. The case settled a week before trial.
