●Responsibilities include: Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Manage the project scope and timeline. Ensures project methodologies, project delivery processes and implementation management processes are followed. Provides clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal. Primary interface between client and First Data project team and stakeholders for EMV program deliverables. Manage project communications and stakeholder, client and project team expectations. Involved with product owners with the development and enhancement of the EMV implementation process and documentation. Identifies opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue and improve product efficiency. Ability to conceptualize and translate client requirements into business terms. Provides solutions to complex problem sets. Navigates and trouble shoots client business problems. Ability to effectively leverage and manage other product resources for areas inside and outside EMV team. Assists client with the system configurations necessary to implement EMV product. Manager of test plan and assists client with execution of testing.

● Responsibilities include: Familiarity with system analysis, user specifications, definition and reporting requirements of data processing and telecommunication systems. In-depth knowledge of banking and electronic funds transfers regulations, financial industry operations, financial corporate structure and financial systems. Working knowledge of technical and operational aspects of debit card products, services, policies and procedures. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. Ability to understand interdepartmental relationships and the dependencies as they affect a given project. Direct customer in methods of utilizing First Data system features to maximize productivity and profitability. Ability to direct the activities of personnel assigned to a project from various departments by employing project management skills.

●Responsibilities include: Provides service support to both internal and external clients and is considered the primary liaison between the client and FDR. Defines and/or resolves complex customer problems within the designated product lines. Has full product service issue accountability, including incident reports, communication center notification, ServiceCenter work item records, adhering to client service level agreements, monitoring liability issues and escalation to the Service Manager or Client Executive when appropriate. Provides consultative servicing in order to meet client and FDR objectives, and fosters positive relationships with the client and internal departments. Controls liability exposure, interprets and communicates industry standards, updates internal systems, communicates enhancements with expertise in product specific transactions, screens and reports, in addition to possessing knowledge of product/system functionality gained through experience, research and testing.

Greater Omaha Area

●Responsibilities include: Responding to customer requests for information on accounts and related products and services. Completes appropriate forms, either online or on paper to assist customer with requests. Follows bank policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality of customer records. Completes general investigation and Regulation E dispute documentation as required. Meets service level guidelines and production standards based on documented performance criteria.
