Simon Young is the Inside Sales Manager for ALL-TEST Pro, LLC (ATP) and is based in Old Saybrook, CT, USA. Simon joined the ATP Inside Sales team in 2007. In 2013, Simon was promoted to Distribution Area Manager with responsibility for business development in Canada, and U.S. regions consisting of New England and the Mid Atlantic. In 2018, Simon was promoted to Inside Sales Manager. Prior to working for ATP Simon had an extensive career in the Construction Rental industry in the UK. Covering different roles from Sales Assistant starting in 1984 to his final role as a Business Development Manager in 2007 before moving to U.S. The need to improve machine reliability, increase plant productivity, and reduce energy consumption is key to the survival of businesses around the world. Simon is keen to share solutions that work at all skill levels to achieve these goals.
