Providing design services for renewable systems including air/ground source heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation systems, solar thermal as well as traditional boiler schemes. Ensuring customer enquiries for estimates are completed to company standards and updating the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) accordingly. Providing advice to new customer enquiries on renewable systems and government grants available to assist them with the installation costs. Producing technical drawings, including heating distribution, underfloor heating loop plans, hot and cold water and MVHR ventilation layouts as well as specification documentation to suit particular project requirements. Site surveys to enable accurate assessment and calculation of heat loads in accordance with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), identifying the installation requirements and production of CAD plans. Carry out EPC assessments to assist with government grant applications.

As part of a team with various roles, I was responsible for dealing with new sales enquiries and enquiries for replacement parts or consumables through our Business Development Managers (BDMs) or directly from customers and arranging for orders to be processed. Identifying replacement parts and liaising with the technical team when required. Managing the enquiry queues using Salesforce CRM ensuring that these were dealt with within appropriate response times. Arranging delivery and collection of goods via couriers and advising customers of the delivery/collection details. Completing the necessary forms for product returns so that these could be processed via our returns department. Ensuring BDMs and customers were kept informed of the progress of orders and continually assessing the requirements for a successful conclusion.
