Identifying replacement parts and liaising with the technical team when required. Managing the enquiry queues using Salesforce CRM ensuring that these were dealt with within appropriate response times. Arranging delivery and collection of goods via couriers and advising customers of the delivery/collection details. Completing the necessary forms for product returns so that these could be processed via our returns department. Ensuring BDMs and customers were kept informed of the progress of orders and continually assessing the requirements for a successful conclusion.
