Office FHD is a multi-disciplinary firm based in Shanghai, China with a focus upon Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, and Small Scale Architecture. The firm strives to explore new concepts and technologies to create meaningful cultural environments from the large to the microscale within a free-flowing studio atmosphere.

SPUA is a reserach based entity under the support of Nanjing University and their associative Design Institute. Work strives to explore new development patterns and concepts within China and implementation strategies. Using projects and FHD and Nanjing DI as a operative entity, SPUA strives to uses real projects to explore, question, and challenge new spatial and policies as a guideline to create new meaningful spaces and places for now and the future.

Lead and restructured Urban Design and Landscape Urbanism Team from a team of 7 to 20 members in producing innovative urban design solutions for cities and counties throughout China. Played a dual role of Landscape Architect and Urban Designer working from Masterplanning and Urban Design to Landscape Design to Detail Construction. Helped Mentor and train younger staff in both design, detailing, and site administration. Notable projects include the ULI winning Bengbu Longzi Lake, HKILA Award of Merit Kunshan Civic Sports Park, Shanghai Quzong Sports District, and Nanjing Jiangxin Island Urban Design Commission.

Worked as Project Manager leading a team of 4 in the completion of work both in China and Canada. Was in charge of client communication, site administration, cost estimation, and design of a diversity of projects that ranged from commercial parking lots to large multi-faceded residential/commercial complexes.
