It took 18 months of weekly negotiation sessions to finalise this contract on terms acceptable to the Commonwealth. Draft and Review Contracts - being a commercial lawyer with an unrestricted practising certificate I have review or drafted over 4920 contracts in the last 25 years.Commercial Assistance - assist in formulating commercial positions, risk documents, pricing schedules, insurance requirementsContract Management - I Iead a team providing an outsourced contract management function where Shrewd has been engaged to establish and operation a contract management function for an extremely valuable project.Probity and Procurement advice - I have been providing procurement assistance and advice and also probity advice to the Commonwealth since 2006. This has covered the full range of projects valued at $1 all the way up to multiple Billion dollar contracts.
