My role within the Thales Australia Talent Acquisition Team is to partner with the business to identify the requirements and proactively delivery hiring solutions to meet business needs.

Through completing a Master’s thesis on the inclusiveness of Asian identity in employment settings, I was able to broaden my perspectives on employment experiences in New Zealand, extending far beyond that of my own.
