To provide support to users on the core banking applications like Flexcube Universal Banking System (FCUBS), Postilion and Oracle Business Intelligence and to ensure that End of Day activities are completed in team.Duties/Responsibilities:  Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues on core applications like FCUBS, Postilion and Oracle Business Intelligence Enteprises Edition (OBIEE) Provide hands on desk top support to users Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention Resolve problems and document resolutions Ensure that End of Days are run properly and completed in good time with any problems encountered escalated in good time. Prepare activity reports Coordinate with offshore team in resolutions of issues reported to them.  Monitor and manage internal SLAs for ICT
