I drive remote teams in their execution journey by providing best practices, tools, and advice for operational excellence. I am passionate about innovation and tech for a more sustainable, healthy, and equal world. I worked as a Programme Lead for both high-tech startups/scaleup and not-for-profit institutions that put technology and innovation at their core. I co-founded Nesta Italia (https://www.torinosocialimpact.it/en/ecosystem/nesta-italia/) - currently not operating - and led a new range of multi-stakeholders programs and activities in the fields of Arts and Culture, Tech for Good, Education and Inclusion (including writing and managing European Commissions bids). I created, fundraised for, and coordinated the S+T+ARTS Regional Center in Piedmont, an initiative promoted by the European Commission to foster collaborations between engineers, scientists and artists and create innovative tech solutions that are more inclusive, green and sustainable. Before joining Nesta Italia, I worked with, supported and researched startups in Europe, UK and Silicon Valley as a program manager, mentor and researcher. At Nesta (London), I led two prestigious Pan-European research initiatives aimed at helping tech startups to scale up. As an expert in the field, my previous work focused on enabling large firms to innovate by harnessing the potential of successfully working (and collaborating) with tech startups. As part of these projects, I worked with The Scale-up Institute, Tech London Advocates, Mind the Bridge and The Lisbon Council.I am a mum of two kids and in my (little) free time I love performing in musicals, where I can best express my artistic talent.
