- Responsible for all operational activities in the unit (corresponding with the suppliers, being in charge of administrative tasks and supervising orders);- First contact person for international suppliers, assisting in setting up and maintaining condition contracts with them;- Responsible for preparing buying appointments and following up after them;- Help supervise delivery dates, budget and planning demands;- Liaise and work closely with planning team in order to ensure that our products are available for purchase;- Prepare and maintain the master data of products in product lifecycle system.

- Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans);- Assist salesmen when needed;- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication;- Promote new products to existing customers;- Plan meetings with buyers and trade fairs.
