Counseling psychology addressed to emotional, social, work, school and physical health concerns people may have at different stages in their lives, focusing on typical life stresses and more severe issues with which people may struggle as individuals and as a part of families, groups and organizations; the aim is to improve the sense of wellbeing, alleviate distress and resolve crisis;Evaluating, monitoring progress and feedback through FIT (Feedback Informed Treatment), the progress of the client during therapy is evaluated in every session and the approach and treatment are being adjusted according to the client`s current situation and needs;Working with elements of psychodiagnosis focused on proceses and change mechanisms (coping, self-efficacy etc);Appling the basis of counseling and brief, narrative psychotherapies, focused on resources and solutions;Providing an eclectic approach, using including techniques that belong to other psychological orientations (Experiential Psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strategic Therapy and Systemic Therapy).

Identifying and assessing training and development needs. Techniques used:Interviews, direct observation, consultation with persons in key positions, surveys, review of relevant literature and studies;Building learning and development strategies; designing tailored workshops and trainings according to the organizational and individual needs. The design is being tailored considering the number of participants (from small groups and teams: 6-12, to large groups: 200-300 participants, the age range, the organizational context, themes and learning objectives);Implementing the development programs: training, facilitating, coaching. A series of methods and techiques are being used, in order to meet the needs and expectations of the participants: experiential learning, solution focused coaching, cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory), LSI (Life Style Inventory), GSI (Group Style Inventory);Designing and implementing activities meant to consolidate the learning process: follow-up sessions, individual coaching, call-to-action activities.
