Since March, I've been working as a project support officer for the renovation of a 200-year-old church building listed on the Historic England Register.My key responsibilities are:- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including architects, to ensure successful project delivery.- Prioritize and coordinate project tasks with the design team.- Engage with the church committee for project planning and to achieve desired results by researching to understand their needs and advocate for them.- Translate research into actionable deliverables, prepare and present detailed presentations and reports to the key stakeholders.- Develop and maintain a project management system to facilitate project activities.- Create and manage meeting minutes and agendas.- Provide general administrative support to Building Committee Members.- Work closely with fundraisers to support and ensure successful fundraising outcomes.

Our business is dedicated to creating high-quality and accessible language learning resources that have a meaningful impact. We recently launched our first title, "The Adventures of Lino", which is designed for children aged 3-6 to help them learn Italian and English.As part of my role, I come up with ideas and develop physical prototypes for games and activities used in workshops with a team of teachers and parents. I'm also responsible for creating most of the digital content for the website and social media platforms related to the book. In addition, I have been actively involved in establishing relationships with bookstores and assisting the team in finding distribution points. This has allowed me to focus on my daily responsibilities and motivate and encourage those around me by actively seeking solutions to any challenges we face during the project.

I joined Jatinder Marwaha’s team at the beginning of 2020 and have worked closely with him over the last few years to design spaces and experiences. Starting as a junior designer I grew to take charge of nearly all the project documentation and design management.As Jatinder’s design associate, I developed the architectural drawings from the design concept briefs by accurately incorporating survey data while adhering to specific guidelines on a variety of projects.Additionally, I assisted in developing design concepts and preparing presentations. I was responsible for the design documentation, reviews, and project communication. I also organised and maintained records of all drawings, client briefs, tender documents, site reports and survey notes.
