Drafting of texts for catalogs, website (in SEO perspective), corporate social channels (drafting of the editorial plan in two languages), product list and other communication materials aimed at customers and the public;• Drafting of product newsletters and monthly events and their sending to the company database with the Mailchimp program;• "Marketing Automation" project management: implementation of some marketing platforms for sending communications and managing social media;• Coordination of the external press office: sending material related to news and sending indications of PR activities by the Brand Management, monitoring the press review with Eco della Stampa service, sending the press review to the sales force weekly;• Organization of travel for clients and Management Managers for training and training purposes: preparation of the training program, hotel reservations and transportation for these trips;• Sending communications to customers relating to new products, events, price lists and existing product status;• Management of events (sending material, managing invitations, managing mailing list contacts) related to customers;• Organization of various types of catering at the headquarter and in selected venues according to the needs of visitors;• Coordination of the company website: uploading data to the Magento platform, management of content updates and site section improvements;• Management of trade fairs in the sector (eg Salone del Mobile, IMM Cologne, ICFF, Saloni Mosca ...) on the Trade Marketing side and management of the related ticket for the events, management of the reception at the Fair and management of the mailing lists collected;• Management of corporate sponsors at events and fairs;• Management of the media plan (printed and online) relating to advertising investments in accordance with the marketing budget.

• Assistant to the Artistic Direction with secretarial duties and public relations with designers, institutions, suppliers, opinion leaders of the international design sector;• Management of the overall Agenda (travel reservations and conference organizations for Giulio Cappellini at University of Architecture and Institutions internationally);• Organization of interviews for Giulio Cappellini with the international press;• Collaboration with the Legal department for the drafting and sending of royalties and commissions contracts for designers;• Collaboration with external Italian and foreign press offices in the organization of events and press material: support for preparing press kits, updating website data, sending catalogs and information material to journalists and designers;• Management of product requests for exhibitions (management of contacts and logistics with cultural institutions on an international level);• Organization of photographic services (contacts with the photographer, quotes, logistics) to create photos of company catalogs;• Drafting of texts for company catalogs and coordination of activities related to their publication (translations, editing, graphics);• Management of the mailing list for periodic sending of newsletters.
