• Recording all received supplier invoices onto the accounting system for approval• Monitoring the status of supplier invoices received and ensuring that they are approved in a timely manner• Reconciling bank statements• Communicating payment status to colleagues/suppliers as requested• Assisting Accounts Payable Supervisor in daily duties when required• Resolving any queries relating to supplier payments• Entering supplier payments on banking platform for approval• Going through all post received in Accounts Payable and distributing to the appropriate member of staff• Sending out correspondence to departments/ suppliers• Archiving, scanning and filing
