Responsibilities : - Provide expert advice to foreign families (embassy employees, managers at international companies) that relocate to Bucharest- Conduct market research and analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions- Assist clients in preparing and negotiating offers, contracts, and leases- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients
