I am currently employed at Temple Health at Home (managed by Bayada) where I am involved in a Clinical Manager position. I work closely with nursing staff, physicians, home health aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to manage clinical development and support.I have developed clinical administrative experience in roles as a quality assurance RN and nursing supervisor in the home health setting. I have also gained clinical experience as a visiting RN where I regularly assessed, educated, and monitored different disease processes and stages for the Geriatric population as well as provided families and clients with education regarding procedures, diagnoses, treatments, pain management, and safety. I have an interesting background in retail and marketing sales. I implemented full sales cycle marketing strategies to retail stores nationwide from cold call through purchase order and assisted retailer in implementing proprietary branding techniques onsite. I helped play an integral role in creating the company's marketing plan and first product line as well as collaborated with the company's founders to create their differentiating mission to give back to the community through its program called Shirt for Shirt.I have earned my Bachelor in Science of Nursing at the Temple University College of Health Professions.
