- Driving implementation of the HR strategy across the business. - Provide HR support to employees (Code Factory and Financial Services Dep. - 200 people) and managers on HR organizational and business issues. - Deliver HR excellence across operating locations and departments, largely partnering with specific internal clients as well as playing a specific role within HR team.
