• Taking care about everyday maintenece of users computers, laptops, printers on first level support. • Installing of standard company software (windows, office etc.).• Supporting in implementing new IT projects and processes (migration to Teams - sharepoint).• Resolving multiple users issue and prioritizing work depending on the company SLAs.• Preparation of methodologies, manuals and other supporting documentation.• Hardware asset management company.• Optimising budget for 2022. • Participates in building and servising network infrastructure (patching new networks sockets, basic setting of cisco routers, APs).
