In partnership with other professionals, we have created a portfolio that can satisfy all the different requests.Also I develop business plans for new locations facing the rental market studying their points of strengh and weakness, defining the costs and the potential revenus and creating the best sales and marketing actions through my contacts . This is a very interesting and important part of my job because many owners see the big potentials of Lake Como but they don't have the experience to create their business.I also work together with Barnes real estate agency in Como following all the rentals. As Concierge, I follow the private clients when they need assistance on Lake Como prior arrival and during their stay organizing all their activities and following them in all their needs.I represent big operators like Abercrombie & Kent Villas on Lake Como as their local contact person for all cleints arriving in the area.
