Produce monthly and annual finanacial statemente including income statement, balance sheet, statement of charges in finanacial/cash position, cash flow projections;-Coordinate the controlling and bugeting team-Cash flow analyses, bank and other key reconciliation, preparation of monthly/annual budget. -Monthly follow up of the bugetand analysis actual vs.targets - Improvement of management reporting system including reporting per cost centers;- Consolidation reports for both management accounts and IFRS;- On-time delivery of monthly and quarterly reports according to the official reporting-time-schedule;- Preparation of detailed in-depth reports and yearly forecasts for the management;- Review of monthly trial balance. Provide consultancy for the accounting department and indicate corrections to be made;- Apply controlling tools to ensure accuracy of financial reporting; - Monthly analysis of businesses profit & loss, balance sheet statements and working capital requirements;- Monthly analysis over forecasted and actual performance of businesses;- Coordinate budgeting activity and prepare actual vs budget analysis-Prepare annual finanacial statements for business, including working paper support and corporate tax return.-Supervising all accounting and finanacial operations to be in accordance with the legal stipulation.-Prepare repotrs every month used US GAAP and sent these to Regional Controller-Manintaining the relation with auditors (intern and extern) and Romanian authorities.- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.- Operate the Finance Department in line with group accounting policies and manage team .- Monthly financial -Hyperion Pack and management reporting pack within agreed deadlines- Supervises the preparation and monitoring of CAPEX budgets- Ensure SOX compliance at the group.
