* Financial planning & analysis - Develop internal processes and key performance indicators / metrics to help manage the business. Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on business performance.* Budgeting, forecasting & reporting - Manage the annual budgeting process and tie that to the monthly forecasting and reporting processes. Ensure that the different business and functional departments participate in and are responsible for their respective budgetary commitments. Provide to management regular reports on financial performance and variance analysis relative to budget.* Conduct distributor on-site visit to optimize reimbursement process* Implement global/ local best practices on internal controls and compliance.* Ensure compliance to Nestle/corporate standard. Liaise with auditors on internal and external audits.

* Develop and analyze business and operation information in order to facilitate decision-making and management control.* Play a key role in Provider business Budget Planning and periodically forecast update processes by coordinating business teams’ delivery within timelines, analyzing deviations and performance, producing budget and review package. * Conduct financial and operational audits of the Company’s effectiveness of internal controls. Survey functions and activities in assigned areas to determine nature of operations and adequacy of system of internal controls, to achieve established objectives.* Conduct ongoing risk assessment prior to each audit with the input of management to determine the universe of risks and if there are any changes from the previous risk assessment.

Assist to give advices to client regarding to the financial issues and operation running. Audit the company accounts include profit & loss account, balance sheet.

Preparing financial analysis on service costs, production overheads and payroll for senior managers; carrying our stock movement analysis to identify opportunities where stock reductions could be made; assistance in preparing the month-end trial balance and management accounts including posting the journals; help to prepare capital expenditure plan, monthly forecasts and annual budget;
