I'm an International Tourism Management graduate from Breda University of Applied Sciences. I was born and raised in Bulgaria and came to study in the Netherlands four years ago. I'm always open to new ideas and I like to think outside of the box when it comes to solution-finding.During my studies and work experience, I got to meet and work with many different people from different countries, this helped me better understand my strong and weak points, as well as the importance of teamwork. I learned how to take the lead if it's needed, how to listen to the opinions of others, but still share mine, and how to be more confident, especially while presenting. I've become more organized and independent, and I learned how to work under stress and easily adapt to new things. Currently, my field of interest is more focused on the customer service aspect of the hospitality and tourism industry. Through my experience, I have found for myself that I like direct communication with the client and how the quality of the service affects the overall guest experience and journey.
