-provide consultancy in public procurement domain, policies, procedures and practices related toprocurement along with various trade agreements and aligning with international best practices for public procurement-prepare procurement plans-prepare / review technical, commercial and legal aspects of procurement of goods and services at all stages of the project cycle.-providing consultancy and elaboration of tender documentation, monitoring open tenders; elaboration of answers for clarification requests and complains.-support and guide at all stages of the procurement cycle, especially contractor appraisal, evaluation and negotiation of offers, legal considerations, payment conditions, and risk assessment-negotiate and resolve procurement issues-supervise project procurement arrangements and assist implementing during projects to respect agreed procedures

-standard/complex execution of operational activities ( underwriting management policies, commercial management, claims, accounting) related to life insurance portfolio in accordance with legal procedures, policies, regulatory requirements and Group standards, provide operational support to junior staff- participated in projects to improve processes, draw up policies, rules and procedures for business processes-creation, preparation and analysis of internal reports.

Dealing with special life insurance policies wich are not possible to close to branches level.Doing quarterly and annually analyze for life insurances. Negociation of contracts for brokers, analyze brokers and agents activity and elaborate measures in order to increase sales.

Creating a database , estabilish contacts and close life insurances contracts.Managing a good relationship with our clients in order to accomplish the best benefits for both parts. My responsabilities was to fulfill the sales target and to give ahelping hand in life insurances to general insurance inspectors ,agents and brokers.
