I decided to study foreign languages at university. Why? Because I’ve always loved travelling, discovering new countries and cultures. In my opinion the only way to really get in touch with a place is to speak the local language and read the books in the language they were written. While I was studying I started working as a secretary then I went on as administrative and commercial employee. During this year I was able to develop flexibility and adaptability skills. As soon as I finished my studies, I had the chance to join a dynamic company, really focused on people development, in this context I had the opportunity to grew up professionally in the field I prefer: sales. I had the opportunity to meet customers and colleagues from all over the world with a focus on export business development. Developing leadership in multicultural context was the main goal of this expertise. Three years ago, I started a new journey in a smallest company where I have the opportunity to put into practice my previous experience and go on with my personal development. At the moment I drive the sales network with the main target of increase customer satisfaction and develop the business.
