• Creating and implementing the Strategic Plan of Action together with the General Manager• Developing and creating the re-branding process • Developing sales strategies on different types of clients • Market research and contacting new potential clients • Analyzing offers and negotiating processes for future collaborations • Representing the firm in business networking meetings • Participating in negotiations and in face-to-face presentations of the services/ dental works • Recruiting new dental technicians and managing them • Registering the dental lab in The Dental Technicians Order in Romania and keeping in touch with the authorities • Managing the content production for the websites and the social media pages • Organizing the daily agenda together with the General Manager and monitoring if the activities are run accordingly to the agenda • Administrative work: managing the OrisLab software (dental lab management software), writing the necessary business correspondence• Creating and maintaining a good image of the firm in relation to the clients, employees and distributors • Introducing a new product for another type of clients

• Research on Romanian textile factories and fibre and textile craftspeople for a project included in Romanian Design Week 2015• Organizing a field trip for the Dutch architects involved in this project• Language interpretation on the field trips

• Working together with the HR Department for managing the human resources (detailing the roles of the promoters, recruitment, signing contracts) • Coordinating a team of 12 promoters • Training the promoters and checking their evolution • Participating in internal and external meetings with the organizing partners • Follow-up: evaluation, control, weekly and monthly verbal and written reports, centralizing 450 questionnaires received from the promoters in a database, inventory of the awarded and the remaining prizes

• Preparing client files regarding up to date valuations on portfolios, applications and illustrations for new businesses and product comparison • Updating clients’ fact-find records (from previous meetings – if any changes in circumstances)• Preparing meeting reports • Updating the pipeline database

• Managing various documents regarding the training subjects and evaluation files of people attending the training courses • Responding to personal enquiries from other companies, hotel managers and legal firms• Assisting in logistical arrangements for conferences/ workshops • English-Romanian/ Romanian-English translations

• Fund raising - writing descriptions/calendar for ‘Temps d’images 2010’ Festival and sending them to embassies, cultural centres and foreign artists for getting financial support • Managing various data basis and ensuring files are kept in accordance to the French audit
