About Simona Bargiacchi

Thank you for visiting my profile. How can I help you? In Cromology I am Responsible for Internal Communication and Relations with Universities. 💡I have a strong inclination to innovate, not only in the technical sense but also in the way of doing things. I am inclined to change and create new processes in the company, with a view to improving personal and team effectiveness. ⏳I have always been passionate about time management techniques: in the development of my career the ability to manage time, to set priorities and orientation to objectives have allowed me to achieve the results I wanted. 🌈I left the University as a Chemical Engineer, I started from purely technical roles but, developing my relational attitudes and management skills, I had the opportunity to evolve my career dealing with more transversal themes related with people. Today my role is twofold: ➡️ Internal Corporate Communication, aimed at creating engagement and a climate of participation and trust within the company. ➡️ Project Manager of projects in collaboration with Universities The projects of which I am most proud to carry out in Cromology Italia are:- In the Classroom with Cromology, through which we want to create a bridge between the world of education and the company. - Cromology Voices, in which we promote the active participation of people in the internal and external communication process, through their authentic and voluntary voice - C learning, the elearning course platform of Cromology Italia, in which I act as a teacher for Time management, project management, communication courses. 🌟Do you share some of my passions? 🌟Do you think we could collaborate on some project?
