Worked in a six month placement within Construction Management at James Forbes House in London, under Paul Burr, working alongside the Southern Capital Delivery construction managers. Worked on improvements within the CSA app for inspections, carried out inspections and supported ecologists in their work on construction sites. Created a suite of quality assessment checklists for the construction managers in a range of activities.

Worked on a six month placement with IP Track, working on GRIP stage one project research, specialising in Signalling. Work included use of various online tools and apps, including SORAT, SICA, Intelligent Infrastructure, use of HDMS hubs and similar. Worked in a six month placement at Hither Green Depot (Maintenance). Worked on a project to catalogue, correlate, and identify insulated rail joints in insulated block joints at major junctions on the South East Network.

Worked in Electrical and Plant (E&P) at the London Waterloo offices of Network Rail on placement for three months. Assisted on several projects including on site visits. Tasks included safe route planning for on site visits, research for design work, discussions on upcoming projects.
