- Investigation of serious injuries and potentially fatal incidents on behalf of senior leaders whilst maintaining integrity and confidentiality- Use of root cause analysis to ascertain effective controls and risk mitigation- Presentation of factual reporting to inform leadership teams of investigative outcomes- Management of the site-based health, safety and emergency management teams to provide professional support and advice to operational teams in the Robe Valley- Project management of strategic and annual planning activities and implementation- Actively maintain networks across multiple sites to achieve required outcomes- Maintain knowledge of site based operational and support processes; maximising value of input to the organisation- Multiple sites’ champion for continued roll out of the CRM process- Peer support champion guiding team of peer supporters on process and implementation of process- Conducting assurance for RT business conformance audits and gap assessments- Review and development of site-based procedures- Management of budget for the Robe Valley HS and emergency response teams, including local fire and rescue service for Pannawonica- Management of local medical centre, general practitioner and nurse practitioners for the town of Pannawonica- Leading injury management team and physiotherapy to maintain fiscal management of cases and welfare of injured persons- Team leadership, coaching and mentoring resulting in collaboration with departments on site to achieve the strategic outcomes product group and operation- Team development for growth of individual team members- Annual and strategic planning for discipline and site
