My main duties and responsibilities consist of- the coordination and execution of the full training cycle (online and on site trainings)for new hire groups from Onboarding to OJT (On the Job Training)- progression and enhancement training on all aspects of clients project including soft skills and technicalskills- conducting various coachings and round tables- providing feedback on students' development- evaluation of training progress and continuous improvement of the training process- continuous improvement and development of technical knowledge and skills for clients needs- compliance and implementation of standard operating procedures of the project client and the company'sown SOPs

- facilitating the recruitment process between companies and qualified candidates- active sourcing - finding, attracting and screening candidates to fill open positions of clients´ needs- reviewing candidate's job experiences- interviewing candidates following client´s rules and requirements

- translations from German into Macedonian language for series and movies- using a video translation program

- overseeing and leading a team of dozen agents- continuous knowledge sharing as team leader- monitoring team members' participation and success- training junior call agents- developing and implementing a timeline by delegating tasks- conducting entry interviews- quality assessment on team performance ( silent monitoring, rating individual progress ) - creating reports on team´s progress

- sales and marketing agent- day to day calls ( outbound/inbound calls)- manage and resolve customer complaints- selling services and placing customer orders in the computer system

- handling inbound calls on behalf of customers- technical support in German and English Language for Bitdefender Antivirus Project- receiving calls and resolving technical problems by phone or email- consulting and providing information to consumers in marketing queries- back-office handling providing all business functions related to its operations

- translating expert cloud computing content from English and Macedonian into German language- translating the official site from English to German language- translating specific terminology

- telephone surveys on various projects- collecting data from a specific target population- market survey and research

- collecting survey responses for different projects- everyday communication with potential customers- survey research on different to assess thoughts and opinions
