The Arizona Commission on the Arts is an agency of the State of Arizona whose mission is to create opportunities for all Arizonans to participate in and experience the arts. To that end, we deliver grants and support to cultivate sustainable arts communities and promote statewide public access to arts and cultural activities.The Governing Commission consists of a board of fifteen members, including one chairperson, appointed by the Governor of Arizona. Commission members serve terms of three years and are chosen for their demonstrated ability, good judgment and experience in arts-related fields. In addition, they are selected to ensure geographic and ethnic representation of all areas of the state

Additionally, I provided counsel to the CEO on international negotiations and cultivated relationships with major stakeholders and global partners.I represented Qatar Museums in international 'Year of Culture' initiatives, fostering long-term collaborations to facilitate cultural exchange. Additionally, I managed executive project management responsibilities, overseeing contracts, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. I also directed project approvals, workflows, and played a key role in developing corporate contracts, cost-sharing arrangements, and global budgets.

During my time at Qatar Museums, I played a key role in exhibition planning and representation. I established a centralized department to oversee all programming, managed project details, and supervised operations across multiple venues. Additionally, I cultivated strategic relationships with embassies and consulates. My efforts streamlined internal processes, optimized contracts, and introduced new policies to enhance the organization's efficiency and effectiveness in the cultural sector.

\As the creative lead, I oversaw exhibition projects for the J. Paul Getty Museum, Getty Research Institute, and Getty Conservation Institute. This included managing all aspects of exhibition design, education, marketing, communications, site signage, and wayfinding. Additionally, I spearheaded the renovation of the J. Paul Getty Museum's Pavilions.
