About Simona Fialová

As CEO I am responsible for the financial, management and marketing performance of ECOVIS FACTA.Prior to founding own company I utilised my working experience in PricewaterhouseCoopers Prague; being a Senior Consultant in the Tax and Legal Services department. As member of the Chamber of Registered Tax Advisors I have been professionally active as an independent tax advisor since 2001.I have many years of experience in tax advisory, M&A, due diligence, mergers, lecturing and business process management services to entrepreneurs and natural persons.I am involved in non-profit activities, among other things I am the chairman of the supervisory board of the Museum Kampa - Jan and Meda Mládkový Foundation.
