Managing a portfolio of let properties is not dissimilar to running a fleet of vehicles. The desire to build a haulage or coach company came to me in childhood. The research phase started in 2001 when I passed my PCV test and took charge of a coach owned by a church based project. By 2010 the time had come see the industry from an operators point of view and so I began part time work as a driver. The launch of a new coach hire company is now here and we can help with both UK and European journeys in mini coaches and full sized coaches.

After 5 years experience in property refurbishment, letting and management Mckinley Residential was launched, initially to manage a small portfolio of property owned by me, my sisters and parents. It became a full time business in January 2000 with 3 staff. Now with many hundreds of satisfied tenants and a solid track record of helping Landlords achieve a decent return on their investment, we have a great team and an exciting growing business.
