However, as they are a regulated business, my role also requires me to design and deliver revision material and tests that ensure they met the regulatory requirements.

Started career as a patrol officer in Luton before moving onto the development training unit which was responsible for tutoring new recruits while they gained on the job experience. From here I moved into the training department and was there for the last 4 years. My role as a trainer was varied and included training new police recruits in the initial training programme, self defence, first aid and methods of entry.I also qualified as a PT where I supported the forces aim of getting sick and injured officers fit and back to work
