Alongside the Marketing and CRM team, I oversee the content strategy for Tomasi's digital channels, focusing on marketing automation and website positioning projects. My responsibilities include crafting and implementing ways to optimize the online presence, and ensuring all the content effectively communicates the brand's message and values. This involves website copy, articles, emails, and instant messages to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
