I have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. I have a practical and creative approach to problem solving, constantly seeking the best methods of resolution. I am a confident and effective communicator both written and orally with the drive to succeed. I enjoy working in challenging and stimulating environments and respond well to demanding situations. I have the ability to challenge and influence decisions, providing alternative suggestions to help eliminate waste and increase efficiencies. From previous employment, I have learnt how to take control of situations. Which include; creating technical and training documents, instructing and teaching other employees and customers, technical understanding of what’s required to make decisions and the ability to work within a large organisation or multi-company teams to achieve the end goal. I’ve also represented the company creating presentations to deliver at technical forums such as “MACH” and “Control”, also presenting and organising “in-house” open days. Achievements also include winning an award at the SAE conference in America for presentations and white papers delivered and internal Awards; Nikon one award, employee recognition award and a presentation recognition award.
