I created a startup outbound ticket sales office for IMG Learfield @ the University of Oklahoma, including the creation and oversight of sales planning, staffing, communication procedures, best practices, and account reconciliation with University administration. Accomplishments include increasing MBB group sales revenue 60% YOY, MBB mini plan sales revenue 40% YOY, WBB group sales revenue 40% YOY, Baseball group sales revenue 25% YOY, and softball group sales revenue 70% YOY. We set single game attendance records for MBB, Soccer, and Softball, and had the second largest regular season single game attendance ever for baseball. I also was successful in working with OU Administration to establish a new sales calendar, moving future basketball ticket sales up from August to March, breaking away from an OU calendar that had been in place for approximately 30 years.

FieldSync Mobile Solutions is a suite of commercial mobile application modules such as inspection, asset tracking, work order/dispatch, etc that run without the need for a consistent data signal and that promotes a "Bring Your Own Device" environment where multiple mobile operating systems are supported using the same user-friendly interface. FieldSync Mobile also offers an administrative web portal where critical commercial functions such as application creation, reporting, device licensing, and user management can be operated by a non-technical resource.
