After the acquisition of the company by the Holcim Romania (2019), my achievements involved:- Transformation project implementation for the transition period to the new organizational culture using the ADKAR model of change management (adapting and implementing people politics, procedures and operations to the new organizational culture & structure, talent review & succession planning, remuneration system, performance management process, engagement & wellbeing, employee value proposition).- New HRIS implementation for integration into the group’s systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Charisma).- Driving HR operational activities Main programs implemented from the perspective of an executive business partner:( 2011- 2019, the company owned by the Oresa Ventures investment fund, six production factories, 900 employees)- Cultural and organizational integration of the acquired businesses in precast manufacturing;- Performance Management System, including Talent Management, Succession Planning and Performance bonuses system;- Leadership development & change management programs focused on organizational development;- Various programs for young talent attraction & development (Somaco Technical School, Partnerships with construction universities and technical high schools for internship programs in precast productions, internal career paths mentorship programs, EU Grant project for the insertion on the labor market of young graduates– 98% achievement of the project indicators, 64% retention rate for young talents in the next two years); - Among the first employers in Romania who have experimented and successfully integrated hundreds of workers from Asia;- Process mapping and optimization programs to support company growth.- Design and implement HR strategy, related policies & procedures. Drive HR operational activities; Provide managers with support and consultancy in any HR issue for compliance with the company’s vision and Romanian labour law.
