Main goal of the Procurement and Talent Acquisition Department is to support in a reactive and proactive way the Company to a much wider extent than mere recruitment. LocalEyes is a STAR7 Company.- Organisation Talent Acquisiton Design and Development.- Sourcing and full life cycle recruiting at global level.- Identification and maintenance of relationships with top talents to create a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- In-house employees, Freelancers, Contractors, and Vendors) recruitment and qualification. - Rate negotiations. - Contract negotiations (Service Contracts, SLAs, and Terms and Conditions).- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.- Develop recruitment strategy, such as job posting optimization, recruiting marketing, channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.- Identify and source appropriate talents.- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing.- Develop talent pool or social engagements.- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.- Responsible for assessing and managing the demand for new employees, recruiting and hiring requests at various levels coming both from different stakeholders within the LocalEyes Group and from the Clients (IT area mainly).- Driving Talent Management and Talent Retention initiatives and best practices with an eye to costeffective solutions.- Managing the recruitment budget.- Performance and cost related trends monitoring.- Guide data collection, analysis, and qualification efforts.
