About Simona Pogliani
Program manager with 25 years of experience in the no-profit sector. After a long experience in managing humanitarian and development projects in the developing countries, I came back to Italy and took a degree in Multimedia education to satisfy my passion for new technologies and new learning approaches. This new expertise brought me later in Fondazione punto.sud, where I could apply my field experience and the knowledge acquired on multimedia learning approaches to the implementation of capacity development projects.In the last years I have developed skills in: creation and delivery of training sessions worldwide (in English and French) and e-learning courses (by using iSpring, Demo Builder, Articulate Storyline 2 softwares and Docebo - Forma lms platforms), development of websites' contents (with Wordpress and Wikimedia) and management of EU-funded projects (project writing, accounting, procurement, monitoring, reporting and management of partnerships). Specialties: great knowledge of European Union project rules and procedures, long experience in the delivery of training sessions in multicultural environments and good skills in the development of e-learning courses.
