I was employed as a Engineering Manager and report directly to the Managing Director, leading a team of 8 consultants, 3 engineers and 2 supporting staff, delivering development, commercial, reserves and expert witness advisory services to upstream and downstream projects for top-tier oil and gas organisations, governments, financial institutions and law firms.• Defining and set business development strategy, daily objectives, tasks and provided feedback to team members to ensure quality performance was delivered and objectives met within desired timeframes.• Facilitating weekly and monthly leadership meetings and reviewed action plans, commercial evaluation, risk management activities, adherence to overall company direction and business goals. • Building effective business relationships with new and existing clients by maintaining communication and providing an effective level of service and support to ensure quality services. • Managing negotiations with senior executives to form associations, partnership and joint ventures for potential opportunities.Key Achievements:• Secured ~£750k contract to resolve arbitration dispute between National Oil Company and service company. • Focussed on niche services and drove business growth from £600k to 1.6million within 6 months.• Took charge of rebranding company, including website re-design, promotional video, 4 x brochure design and social media presence to promote PDC as leading oil and gas consultancy.

I was promoted to Project Manager and reported directly to the Managing Director, managing third party and internal teams with focus on oil and gas development, commercial, reserves and expert witness for clients such as national and international oil and gas companies, governments, financial institutions and law firms. • Managed implementation of execution plans and governed multiple projects, ensuring deliverables were completed on time, in budget and in accordance with client objectives and regulatory compliance.• Delivered reserves estimation and resource categorisation with all aspects of project lifecycle, including inception, interim and final reports for national oil companies in South America. • Delivered presentations, workshops and capacity building sessions to clients in Honduras and Peru on international petroleum quality standards. Key Achievements:• Managed $200k project in Honduras for the World Bank to provide technical support and strengthen Honduras Government capacity / capability to manage and monitor their greenfield hydrocarbon sector.• Managed $250k project for Peru National Oil Company, PeruPetro to improve countries natural gas reserve and resource estimates according to SPE Petroleum Reserves & Resources Management System (SPE-PRMS).

I was employed as a Proposal Engineer and reported to the Project Manager, working autonomously within a cross-functional team of Petroleum & Chemical Engineers to identify business opportunities within global oil and gas industry and financial clients. • Engaged with client representatives / government officials at face-to-face meetings and conferences and led post-bid negotiations and kick off meetings to secure commercially viable deals and sign contracts. • Prepared Expression of Interest (EOI), Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Request for Proposals (RFP). • Delivered technical and financial proposals with budgets ranging between £50k – £1million for clients, including Primera Oil, European Bank, World Bank, Numerous Governments and the Kenya Petroleum Technical Assistance Project. • Executed multiple sub-contract negotiations with external consultants including, rates and man-days to develop teams of experts in accordance with project Terms of Reference (TOR).
