Our team focuses on Stream’s primary business of providing property management, leasing, construction management, and development management services to owners and occupiers of industrial, retail, office, and multifamily properties. Stream’s clients have entrusted the firm with tens of millions of square feet of management, leasing, and development assignments in the Atlanta market. Further, Stream Atlanta has purchased or developed several million square feet for its own investment management platform. Through both traditional business plan execution and adaptive reuse strategies, Simon has helped develop Stream’s reputation for adding value to its clients, partners, and investments.Simon has experienced several commercial real estate cycles in multiple American cities. He has held the roles of principal, management consultant, and intermediary. He has represented both institutional owners and occupiers of commercial real estate. Simon's experience includes acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, asset management, development, adaptive reuse projects, large lease negotiations, equity and debt financing, and municipal entitlements. Most notably, Simon helped lead Stream Atlanta's growth from a handful of team members to over 100 and counting in a highly competitive marketplace.
