Reporting directly to the Director of Supporter Services, I am responsible for a variety of tasks related to supporter engagement, communications, marketing and stewardship, including:- Coordinating and maintaining the English language mailing list, surveying supporters, managing and using supporter and email data for mailing strategy; - Managing email marketing, including cross-office coordination, drafting, designing of supporter emails via emailing software and partly liaising with them on troubleshooting;- Overseeing supporter and donor stewardship, including success and transactional mailers, supporter surveys, thank you emails and launching new supporter journeys in order to boost supporter satisfaction and donations;- Coordinating all UK business, community fundraising such as managing the London Marathon team, and outreach events, including regular outreach at Glastonbury;

Since 2016, I have written for news outlets and NGOs in Lithuania, specialising on topics such as Human rights, LGBTQ rights, anti-discrimination, far-right social movements, hate speech and civil society.My experience includes:- Writing opinion and analysis articles for the Lithuanian Radio and Television news portal (LRT.lt);- Carrying out a project on Lithuanian queer migration with 15min.lt, one of the largest Lithuanian news portals;- Contributing articles to manoteises.lt, the Lithuanian Human Rights Centre's portal for human rights;- Contributing op-eds about human rights to Delfi (largest Lithuanian news outlet), 15min, Kauno žinios;- Conducting an election analysis of all MP candidates' positions on LGBTQ rights in Lithuania, later endorsed by the Lithuanian Gay League (the national LGBTQ rights NGO) and helping produce an episode about HIV stigma for the documentary series "Spalvos" for the national broadcaster of Lithuania.

Singapore

Prep Zone is one of the largest test prep and admissions consultancies in Singapore working with both high school and graduate students on their admissions and test preparation.As an admissions consultant at Prep Zone, my role includes:- Managing a roster of clients who are looking to apply to tertiary education institutions around the world. This includes mentoring, researching university options, assisting on the application and interviewing;- Managing company events aimed at communicating our services to potential clients and schools, focusing on topics like higher education development, trends, options in various countries;- Conducting sales meetings with prospective clients, managing leads, and helping develop existing and new products for Prep Zone;- Developing marketing for existing products and recruiting talents.

Lithuania

Educational Debate Centre Lithuania is an NGO dedicated to the proliferation of debating skills and curricula within Lithuania. It connects schools with resources to form debate clubs, develops student and teacher training, organizes national and international competitions, and represents Lithuania in global and regional competitions via the Ministry of Education.During my time in the Debate Centre, my role included:- Acting as the lead for curriculum development and creating a guide and strategy for schools to use for training of students nationally;- Coaching the national debate team for the main debating competitions, including the World Schools Debating Championship for three years;- Organising large national, regional and international level tournaments and events that were both competitive and educational in nature; - Served as a provisional board member from 2016-2018 and a full-board member from 2018-2021.

Vilnius, Lithuania

The European Commission Representation acts as a liaison between the local government of an EU member state and the European Commission, communicating directives and changes in EU policy to local authorities, reporting local policy changes to the Commission, as well as educating the local population on EU matters.While interning at the Head of Representation at European Commission Representation in Lithuania, my role included:- Collaborating with the political reporting team and writing memos, reports about Lithuanian developments which were used to communicate them to the commission;- Conducting media monitoring regarding perceptions of the EU Commission, and helping prepare a media strategy;- Debriefing Representation officials prior to meetings with Lithuanian MPs, Ministers and other officials;- Assisting the Head of Representation with meeting materials, research, communications, and scheduling with regional and national officials.

Singapore

As a research assistant to Professor Anju Mary Paul for her subsequently released book called "Asian Scientists on the Move", I was tasked with analyzing migration patterns and decisions of high skilled Asian-born migrants in the biotech sphere, who were trained in the West and came back to Asia. My role included:- Conducting academic literature reviews on migration networks, community ties, higher education mobility;- Research on country-specific migration, bioscience higher education policies and their relationships with migration;- Processed ethnographic, long-form interviews with Asian bioscientists residing in the West or Asia (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, India), which included coding for future research, transcribing, and classifying them.

Singapore

Fox & Hedgehog is a Yale-NUS student-lead and founded online magazine and review, focusing on providing unique narratives and analyses by students from the top universities as well as top-level collaborators and guest writers that worked in foreign policy, civil service worldwide.At Fox & Hedgehog, I acted as a contributing writer and columnist, mostly crafting analysis and opinion pieces. The fields of interests I covered were EU and Eastern European politics, foreign affairs, religion, sexuality, and journalism.

Lithuania

LIMUN is the first Model United Nations organization in Lithuania dedicated to provide a platform for students wishing to hone their skills and interests in international relations, and participate in MUN conferences nationally, regionally, and internationally. I was with LIMUN since its inception, acting primarily as the head of Public Relations and Communications. In addition to that, I helped create content in the form of policy memos and topic reviews, recruit students for conferences, and fund-raise for conferences in and out of Lithuania.

Tbilisi, Georgia

United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG) is an part of a large network of NGOs supported by the UN whose main purposes are facilitating civil society in Georgia, building intra-regional confidence, and monitoring government activities and policies.At UNAG, I primarily worked with their news journal Civil.ge that provides reliable and succinct information about developments in Georgia, often used by other NGOs or governments. My main responsibility was copy-editing, media monitoring, as well as pitching ideas for analysis pieces. In addition to that, I helped Civil.ge found its new journal - the Clarion - dedicated to providing information about the EU for the Georgian population. While working on the Clarion, I recruited analysts, politicians, and journalists as op-ed writers and guest contributors, as well as helped with general starting up.

Kaunas University of Technology is a leading tertiary educational institution in Lithuania, with strong focuses in IT, engineering, corporate and political psychology and marketing.As part of a partnership with municipal governments and the university, Kaunas University of Technology hosted limited training courses for elected municipality members and civil servants. For the duration of the programme, I co-led seminars on public speaking, debating, and argumentation to civil servants and politicians from Jonava and Kėdainiai,

TEDxYouth@LaisvėsAlėja was the first TEDxYouth organized in Lithuania. The theme chosen was "Rhythm for the Future", that focused on entrepreneurship and what society holds for young people when they actually enter the market and leave school or university.For this TEDxYouth, I was invited to participate as an original member in the executive organizational committee. Beyond shared responsibilities of fundraising, recruiting speakers, I was the Public Relations and Communications Director, and was tasked with communicating with the press, writing press releases, advertising, and leading social media.
