Responsibilities:- Full life cycle recruitment for IT specialists from Junior to Lead/ Architect level on Banking, Telecom, and Automotive Industries: Java Developers, JavaScript Developers, Oracle Developers, C/C++ Developers, Python Developers, Perl Developers, .Net developers, QA Manual, QA Automation, Business Analysts, Network Administrators, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, etc.- Start recruitment projects and develop the best strategies according to the vacancy request; - Managing a variety of vacancies, prioritization, multitasking;- Coordinating and monitoring a team of researchers: recruitment strategy development, setting goals, results controlling;- Develop a shortlist of candidates and work in close collaboration with department heads and hiring managers in order to complete projects; - Select potential candidates based on the candidate profile and job requirements and conduct HR interviews; - Involved in Assessment Centers; - Involved in different events such as jobs fairs; company presentation; - Prepare and submit various periodical reports, statistics using Jira and Tableau- Mood monitoring of the new employees;- Induction training for IT recruitment newcomers;
