Simon is currently the COO at Kinross Farm, Victoria’s leading egg producer.Simon recently completed a span of over 5 years as Chief Commercial Officer at Nando's Australia & New Zealand, a leading restaurant chain with over 1,500 outlets and a strong commitment to social responsibility. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Simon oversaw the strategic pillars of 'Changing Lives' and 'Multi-channel', which focussed on creating a positive impact for the people, the planet, and the business. He leverages his expertise in commercial management, supply chain, procurement, quality systems, and lean six sigma to optimize the performance and profitability of Nando's ANZ and its stakeholders. He also applies his coaching skills and certifications to empower and develop his team and other executives, using neuroscience and behavioural tools such as Extended DISC and i4.Simon has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, central services and operations across various industries, including hospitality, food packaging, medical devices, media, community sport, and healthcare.Simon is passionate about continuous improvement, personal & professional development, community and inclusivity, and strives to make a difference through his work.
